Creating your ASC profile is the probably the most important part of finding and attracting other members who are compatible with you. The information in your profile is the first impression you will more than likely give potential new friends; therefore it is worth taking the time to create the best profile you can.

Choosing a Good Screen Name:

Remember that your screen name should not just be something creative or catchy and reflect yourselves, but something that is easy to remember. Put some time into finding a good one.

Profile Picture:

Your profile picture is probably the first thing others will see on your profile, so pick one that best represents you. And remember that this photo is visible to all visitors of the site - members and non-members alike. It is the image that will be displayed in the rotating Newest Member area of the home page. So only choose a photo as your main profile pic that you are comfortable with the whole world seeing!

About Me/Us - Your Bio and Narrative:

First and foremost, have fun writing your profile! If you are honest and sincere in your descriptions of yourselves and what you are looking for, it will show. Remember it is certainly OK to be confident, but don't come off as arrogant, that will be a definite turn off to most. Take the time to carefully and honestly describe yourselves and the type of people you hope to meet. There may be areas were you are flexible or are willing to compromise, but if there are definite deal breakers, then simply state what they are. There is no need to be rude or condescending. With a little thought and consideration, a carefully constructed profile will give you a greater chance of meeting compatible people.

Photo Albums and Videos:

Photos: With ASC you can create photo albums, including public albums that are shared with all members, and private albums for which you choose who has access to. Videos: Unlike the photo albums, video albums are visible to all registered members. Do keep this in mind and be very careful of videos you upload.

Members will form an impression of you by these photographs and videos, so think about the message you want to give when choosing photographs and videos. A few words of advice that we can give:

• Upload current photos - you don't want to mislead or surprise anyone when you meet them.
• Ladies, feel free to wear sexy clothes and lingerie, and guys, don't forget you should also dress to impress!
• Take lots of shots so that you can pick the best ones to use on your profile.
• Be careful of what is in the background of your photos; you don't want house numbers, license plates or particularly other people or children in the background.
• Don't use photos that are too dark or too blurry.
• It is certainly OK to crop your faces or cover them for the public photos, but save some with faces for your private albums.
• If you are a couple, then show pictures of both of you. Don't make the common mistake of posting 25 pics of the female half and none of the male half!

While we at ASC will do our best to ensure the privacy of you, your photos and your videos, you should never upload anything that you are not comfortable with. No matter what site you are a member of, videos and pics can always be captured and saved locally by an individual viewing them. Although we have taken measures to prevent such actions, new technologies and techniques are developed on a daily basis, and unfortunately not everyone on these sites are members for the right reasons.

A few additional notes:

• Do not use your real names as your screen name.
• Be selective when giving out your phone number or any other personal information.
• It is most acceptable (and advisable) to meet first in a public place; others will certainly understand.
• Do not let others take pictures of you naked or having sex, unless you truly don't care where they might end up.
